Sam has been changing the perception of marketing in the accounts that she works with since joining Kyndryl in September 2021. Her strategic and insight-led approach has been sharpened by working more than twenty years in the professional services industry, predominantly in the space where business meets technology; the majority of her career has been spent with IBM. She is certified in Account Based Marketing by ITSMA – the IT Sales and Marketing Association.

An advocate of collaborative working, Sam is trained in both Human-Centred Design and Agile Methods; she applies both to co-create account-focused strategies, to design & orchestrate innovative marketing campaigns, and to help build engaged, empowered teams that can drive sustainable outcomes for the businesses they support.

When not in front of a laptop, you are most likely to find Sam near water – sometimes in it - ideally on a beach in North Cornwall (although she’s not that fussy).
