Emily is a Business Development and Strategy professional. She is currently leading Arup’s move from a project focussed to a relationship-driven firm. This means identifying the levers in the firm’s culture that will most effectively drive change. It requires an understanding of people’s capacity and motivation to create new kinds of relationships. And it demands a willingness to ask questions and respond with attention, care, and purpose.
